Setting Up a Limited Company and Company Secretary
Private limited companies are no longer required to have a company secretary unless the articles of association specifically mention that the company should have a secretary. The Articles of Association supplied by us dispense with the requirement to have a company secretary. However, the duties that are normally carried out by a company secretary still must be undertaken as it is the legal requirement. A private limited company may wish to consider taking our annual company secretary service. We would perform all duties of a company secretary as instructed by you.
Who would benefit from using our annual company secretarial service?
Companies wishing to carry out statutory work professionally to make sure that the company stays in good standing with Companies House and HMRC. A flat annual charge will take care of all the legal statutory secretarial duties of a private limited company.
